As many know and some do not, Mike’s Roofing & Construction Services is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1996 by Mike Cullop. Nick Cullop, Mike’s younger brother joined him in 2003 and they have worked alongside each other ever since, tackling everything thrown at them. Mike and Nick have put in long hours, hard work and determination to keep this family business running over the past 26 years. As Mike’s Roofing & Construction services grew, so did their families, knowing there would come a day that the business would need new assets. Mike and Nick continued to expand this company and needed more manpower. And as some of our Mike’s Roofing employees may not be relation, they are family. Ray has been a loyal asset to Mike’s Roofing & Construction Services the past 14 years. With the demand still steadily growing, Tricia joined forces in 2013 and became the voice of the phone. Then in 2018 Mike’s son Hoss had joined them and has worked his way up to a stellar crew lead. The latest family member to join his Mike’s daughter Hailey, in 2022. As the foundation of this business is strong, and powered by a determined family, Mike’s Roofing & Construction Services will keep providing the best of the best in Licking County and surrounding areas.
Over the past 26 years, Mike’s Roofing has provided over 10,000 families with our services. We take pride in knowing that our work is done with complete craftsmanship, by highly trained and skilled individuals. Mike’s Roofing & Construction Services invest in their employees by providing extensive training through GAF and must complete the Pro Field Guide test with a passing score. Employees are also educated in Owen’s Corning products and procedures. Continuing their education, regarding the newest techniques, and supplies. Not forgetting the infield experience, that is taught by Mike and Nick themselves.
